We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills to join our flight operations team.

The role involves ensuring that every passenger has an exceptional experience on board, from greeting them warmly to providing any necessary assistance throughout their journey.

This is a critical function that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

In addition to these essential skills, we also require candidates to have good physical health and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet passengers upon boarding and respond to any queries they may have.
  • Ensure all baggage is checked in correctly and handle any issues that may arise during the process.
  • Make travel reservations for passengers and sell airline tickets.
  • Stock aircraft with refreshments and maintain a clean and tidy cabin after each flight.
  • Assist passengers with disabilities or those traveling with small children.
  • Provide accurate information to passengers about their flights and any other relevant details.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should have a 10-12 pass education and a graduate degree.
  • Good communication skills are essential for this role, as well as being comfortable with rotational shifts.
