- Conceptualize and sell large-scale branded properties, custom shows, and content-led solutions tailored to corporate clients.
- Optimize revenue from non-prime time inventory through creative packaging and pricing strategies.
As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with key clients. Your ability to negotiate high-value deals and meet aggressive revenue targets will be essential in achieving the company's goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of hardcore sales experience in radio, specifically handling corporate/agency accounts.
- Expertise in selling FCT, non-FCT, and integrated media solutions (radio + digital).
- Proven ability to meet aggressive revenue targets and negotiate high-value deals.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in radio, TV, or print media (radio candidates prioritized).
- Existing network of corporate clients/agencies in Bangalore.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
