Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-impact features balancing beauty and usability.
  • Define visual direction ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and brand-aligned.
  • Maintain a scalable design system and component libraries for visual and functional consistency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.
  • Take initiative in setting high design standards and fostering good design practices within the company.
  • Use user insights, testing, and data to validate and refine design concepts.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends in sports media, UI/UX, and fan engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in media, sports, or consumer platforms.
  • Strong mastery of Figma and typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience mentoring designers and advocating for design excellence within a team or company.
