Senior Systems Engineer – Collaboration Platforms

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Collaboration Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will automate business processes, participate in the technical design of platforms, and manage ongoing feature changes in collaboration applications. Solid technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams are essential.

As the Collaboration Systems Engineer, you will oversee the administration and integration of our collaboration platforms. You will work with internal and external partners across various organizations, establishing strong relationships with users to ensure efficient, secure, and practical solutions that deliver engaging productivity experiences.

In order to excel in this position, you will need:

  • 5+ years of technology support experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams
  • Experience with building and deploying services using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • 4+ years Experience building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomes
  • Successful track record in working on multi-functional team projects
  • Knowledge of other Collab platforms for systems integration and automation support

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and optimizing collaboration systems
  • Recording and managing changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes
  • Ensuring system security and implementing standards
  • Producing performance, capacity, availability, and security reports
  • Writing technical documentation and collaborating on ongoing issues and projects
  • Managing vendor relationships and overseeing outsourced services
  • Installing, configuring, integrating, and testing new system components and applications
  • Maintaining automation scripts and enhancing functionality
