Interior Design Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Professional to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of work experience in similar industries, with a strong focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Own the customer journey from initial contact to project completion, ensuring timely resolution of issues and meeting quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Operations Leads, empower existing team members, and attract top talent to strengthen the team.
  • Process Efficiency: Ensure team adherence to defined processes and standards for a standardized customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with various teams, including installer, vendor, category, and product teams, for faster issue resolution.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Manage business partnerships through collaborations with builders, architects, and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach.

Key Requirements:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
  • Proven people management skills with direct team reporting in past roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.
