Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Specialist to join our Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Team. As a key member of our Retail Business Services team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering on strategies for managing Amazon AVS vendors. Your primary responsibility will be to establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners, drive business growth, and optimize product lines for key manufacturers on Amazon.

About the Role

As a Brand Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage directly with multiple internal teams, utilizing a wide range of skills across major functional areas such as site merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations, and online marketing. Your primary focus will be on operational aspects of managing customer relationships with our vendors, including conceiving, creating, and analyzing marketing activities/campaigns to grow traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue on Amazon.

Responsibilities

  1. Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners for the group of vendors handled.
  2. Partner with the Retail Category Team and build successful communication channels at all levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for the vendors.
  3. Build and execute on a joint business plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the vendors and Amazon.
  4. Conduct deep dive analysis on vendor issues and publish recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience.
  5. Success will be measured by the performance of your vendors on input metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience for buying consumers.
  6. Conduct regular WBRs, MBRs with the vendors, highlight business metric performance and building action plans.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum B2.2 level Italian Language Certification is Mandatory, C1 preferred
  • 1+ years of account management, project or program management, buying experience, or in an operations role
  • An MBA/PGDM, equivalent post-graduation is preferred

Benefits and Salary

The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Work Location

This role is available to work from our virtual location, DL, with timings as per EU shift, 12:00 pm IST to 9:00 pm IST.
