Job Title: Visual Communications Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual content for presentations, reports, and graphical materials.
  • Develop innovative designs that showcase a deep understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and trends in digital media.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare engaging presentations, brochures, and reports within organizational guidelines.
  • Create maps and diagrams based on geographical information system outputs.
  • Produce high-quality image renderings using industry-standard software.
  • Liaise effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate global schedules.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Senior Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing exceptional design work.
  • Experience in producing high-quality design work and managing larger creative projects with a track record of excellence.
  • Problem solver who can identify opportunities for improvement and streamline design processes.
  • Collaborative and communicative, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Organized and methodical, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience in working with design teams ensuring high standards and creative direction are met.
  • A strong understanding of graphic design trends and best practices in both digital and print media.
  • Excellent design and visual communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is mandatory.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in urban planning or property development.
  • Ability to work with artificial intelligence software.
  • Experience in creating video presentations and web pages.
