Technical Leadership Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled technical leader to drive technical decision-making and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for leveraging technology to create meaningful impact in financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end technical strategies for fintech products and platforms.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Work closely with product, business, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, best practices, and timely delivery of product features.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and apply them to our roadmap.
  • Oversee integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and financial systems.
  • Establish and maintain DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure practices.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design. Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms, or BFSI domain is a strong plus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
