In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. You will work closely with our operations team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and provide exceptional customer service.

Your primary focus will be on securing Labour and Material as per sales forecast with the specified minimum margin requirement. This involves working with owners to influence specifications and promote Johnson Controls products and capabilities.

You will also be responsible for assisting the operations team in submitting quotations as required, conducting market surveys, and making marketing and sales presentations to owners as needed. Additionally, you will maintain existing customers and continue to develop new ones, resolving any differences between our customers on contract matters and expectations.

An essential aspect of this role is preparing proposals, drawings, and quotations as required for customers, securing orders, and writing out plans for margins. You will also work with the operations team to ensure commitments are met.

Maintaining accurate records of all jobs tendered or quoted and providing weekly activity reports to the Business Manager are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will plan and strategize marketing and sales efforts, following up with customers for collections, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

To succeed in this position, you should have some sales experience and knowledge in Building Service, ACMV, and BAS. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
