Job Title: Senior IT Consultant - Oracle HRMS Techno Functional

  • Experienced in designing, implementing and maintaining complex customizations and solutions using People Tools and related technologies (SQRs, Application Engines, CI s, PeopleCode, XML, etc.)

  • Support the development of new Pages/Reports/Interfaces/Web Services to enhance business functionality.

  • Develop new application improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

  • Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and Pension team members to assess business needs and recommend IT solutions.

  • Provide technical specifications for new system implementations.

  • Document system changes to ensure smooth transition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA degree from a recognized institution.

  • Strong experience in coordinating PeopleSoft Server components like PeopleSoft Application Servers, Process Scheduler Servers, Report Repository Servers, Tuxedo, Web logic Servers, PIA (PeopleSoft Internet Architecture), Integration Broker, SQL Server.

  • Proven knowledge of Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.

  • Excellent analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and ability to evaluate information/data to make decisions.

  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills.

  • Customer focus with ability to build strong customer relationships and create processes from the customers viewpoint.

  • Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS version 9.1 or above and specifically Pension Administration (Periodic Processing).

  • People Tools 8.5 experience.
