As a Senior Wealth Relationship Manager at a leading private bank, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with existing wealth customers to increase share of wallet and revenues. You will also provide professional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Performance- Achieve targets set in terms of product mix by leveraging best-in-class sales strategies.
- Maximize sales process efficiency through effective productivity measures.
- Meet budgeted cross-sell targets by fostering strong customer relationships.
You will have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of profile, demographics, psychographics, and assets. Your goal is to ensure ongoing self-development and manage key performance indicators at the highest level.
Integration and Compliance Management- Manage customer transitions with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Stay aware of policies and procedures related to anti-money laundering prevention.
- Ensure ongoing compliance on an ongoing basis.
We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience, preferably 4-5 years in wealth relationship management or private banking. Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
