Job Title: Finance Review Manager

About the role:

The Finance Review Manager will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives in a global finance organization. This includes identifying opportunities to standardize, simplify, and automate transactional activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in operational finance and leadership skills. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive change across the organization.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with global procedures, refining GPOM on an ongoing basis, and implementing effective end-to-end solutions to deliver enhanced efficiency and productivity.

Additional key accountabilities include knowledge of procure to pay processes, VDMS and vendor management, and robotics process automation. The successful candidate will also be able to define and update risk and control matrices, and support internal audit teams in their assignments.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with minimum 5 years of experience in F&A, or semi-qualified accountant with minimum 8 years of accounting and finance experience.
  • At least 3 years of exposure to operational finance preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence non-positionally.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in SAP finance modules and advanced MS Excel.
  • English proficiency required.
