Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead our Infra HW Program Management team. This role will be responsible for the full line of solutions to the Snapdragon family of products and the execution of complex semiconductor devices.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in program management or related work and 3+ years of working with operating budgets, resources, and/or project financials. They will also have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate at all levels.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is motivated to innovate and improve current program management metrics and processes. The ideal candidate will have a moderate amount of influence over key organizational decisions and be able to use deductive and inductive problem-solving to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and sponsors to develop goals and prioritization of deliverables.
  • Managing multiple small programs/technologies with moderate complexity or a single complex program/technology by applying up-to-date program management knowledge.
  • Developing and managing the execution of the program Plan of Record for multiple small programs or a single medium-sized or complex programs/technologies.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
  • 10+ years of Semiconductor Industry experience and minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical project management role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
