Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team at OMSGuru Solutions PVT. This role involves daily interaction with clients to provide support for various queries they may have with our software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the OMSGuru platform and its functioning thoroughly
  • Support our existing clients via Chat, Phone, Email & Tickets
  • Help onboard new clients onto our system
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Hindi & English
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Typing speed of minimum 30 words per minute
  • Outspoken personality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with eCommerce Industry or processes like listings, order processing, etc.
  • Experience with accounting software like Tally, Busy, QuickBooks, etc.
