B.Ed Faculty Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B.Ed faculty member to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program. They will also contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, and institutional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach B.Ed program courses as per curriculum guidelines.
  • Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods.
  • Guide students in academic projects, assignments, and research.
  • Conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, and tutorials effectively.
  • Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practicals.
  • Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • M.A./M.Sc. in Education or relevant field with a minimum of 55% marks.
  • Prior teaching experience in a reputable institution.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Updated knowledge of pedagogical methods and teaching technology.
