Senior UI/UX Sales Professional

As a Senior UI/UX Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and delivering customized UI/UX design solutions. Your primary goal is to build strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients, understanding their business needs, and translating them into effective UI/UX design strategies.

  • You will generate leads and drive new business opportunities for our design services.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
  • Develop tailored sales decks, proposals, and RFP responses for enterprise clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and translate business needs into UI/UX design solutions.
  • Collaborate with design teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure successful handover post-sales.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, events, and client presentations to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Key Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the design industry.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and build CXO-level relationships.
  • Self-starter, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in agency, consulting, or SaaS/product sales is an advantage.
