About the Role:

  • Spearhead automation testing activities across various projects in the medical devices domain.
  • Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Leverage expertise in global healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and high-quality delivery standards.
  • Mentor and coach engineers in automation testing methodologies, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Build technical capabilities within the team to handle complex testing scenarios, staying ahead of emerging trends and innovations.
  • Promote collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders, driving alignment between technical and business requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in testing, with at least 5 recent years in test automation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Proven track record of leading automation testing for medical devices, with a strong understanding of global healthcare regulations.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience in script review and technical documentation, with excellent communication skills.
