About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Development and Learning Lead to join our team at USV PRIVATE LIMITED. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing various learning initiatives across our organizations as per the Learning & Development strategy.

Your primary objective will be to coordinate with all internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth conduct of the training programs. You will execute the L&D strategy designed for the year aligned to the organization objectives and needs.

In this role, you will design and deliver identified training programs including planning, program preparation, infrastructure readiness. You will facilitate key training programs such as POSH, New Manager Orientation, Supervisory Skills, Competency based behavioural training program etc.

You will also liaise with external agencies to execute training programs for HO functions by internal trainers / experts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement various learning initiatives across organizations as per the Learning & Development strategy.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate with Masters in Business Administration - HR (preferred)
  • Conceptual knowledge of learning theories and experience in driving org. wide learning initiatives
  • Hands on experience in using LMS preferably Peoplestrong
