Our organization seeks a highly skilled Senior Network Security Engineer to join our team. This role requires an individual with expertise in designing, deploying, and validating SDWAN, SD Security, and SASE services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing network designs that meet organizational needs and future growth, analyzing RFPs, developing PoCs, and executing design solutions.

This is an engineering role that involves providing engineering support for network infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Create network designs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Customer Solutioning: Assist in evaluating customer requirements and developing tailored solutions.
  • Network Support: Provide expert technical support for network infrastructure and ensure seamless operations.
  • Project Management: Lead network-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of network engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to enhance skills and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in networking technologies including SDWAN, SD Security, SSE, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, QoS, Multicast, and switching.
  • Experience: Familiarity with at least 2 SSE products (Versa, Palo Alto Prisma, Zscaler, Netskope) and 1 CSP (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex network issues.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team of network engineers, drive results, and foster collaboration.
Skill Requirements
  • Able to stay up-to-date with technology trends and adapt quickly to new developments.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
