HEOR Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of HEOR analysis processes, ensuring that our comparative effectiveness analyses meet the highest standards of quality and productivity. This role involves providing functional and operational directions to internalize HEOR analysis and comparative effectiveness analysis processes in partnership with Global HEVA / ITC-NMA / Evidence Synthesis / Market Access / Medical teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Manager/Team Lead in collaboration with Global HEVA / ITC-NMA / Evidence Synthesis / Market Access / Medical teams to formulate and conduct analysis as per the requirement. They will also maintain effective partnerships with end stakeholders for allocated GBUs and products, developing appropriate comparative efficacy evidence for internal decision making and external audiences at product launch and over product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide inputs to the strategic development and execution of industry-leading comparative efficacy analysis / HEOR study plan
• Work on methodological aspects of comparative effectiveness analysis
• Provide strategic inputs in HEOR analysis activities
• Lead and support development of tools, technology, and processes to constantly improve quality and productivity
• Develop and maintain expertise across therapeutic areas/franchises

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HEOR analytics
• Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy/health economics/statistics/engineering or medical degree or related discipline
• Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
• Stakeholder management, communication skills, people management, and ability to influence and negotiate
• Advanced level training/experience in conducting comparative efficacy analysis (meta-analysis, NMA, ITC, MAIC etc.)
• Hands-on experience of working with Excel VBA, familiarity with R, R-shiny, WinBugs
