Frontend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining user-facing features for Ruby on Rails applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript, with experience in building frontends for Ruby on Rails applications. You will work closely with our experienced team on meaningful projects, delivering high-quality, modern Rails frontends without heavy frameworks.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for Ruby on Rails applications using Tailwind CSS and Stimulus JS.
  • Collaborate with Rails engineers to integrate frontend components with backend logic, ensuring seamless communication between the two.
  • Maintain and update existing frontend codebases to ensure they remain up-to-date with the latest best practices and technologies.
  • Work independently and contribute effectively in a small, fast-moving team.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of professional experience in frontend development.
  • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
  • Experience in building frontends for Ruby on Rails applications.
  • Tailwind CSS and Stimulus JS experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team.
