Structural Fabrication Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Fabrication Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in structural fabrication, with a strong understanding of metalworking techniques and the ability to interpret technical drawings. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure high-quality fabrication and assembly of structural components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
  • Fabricate and assemble structural components using a variety of materials including steel, aluminum, and other metals.
  • Perform welding and cutting tasks to create and repair structures according to specifications.
  • Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following industry safety standards and protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues as they arise during the manufacturing process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in structural fabrication or a related field.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong skills in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) and metal fabrication.
  • Experience with cutting tools and machinery used in metal fabrication.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to structural fabrication.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
