Web Developer Position

We're seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our growing digital team. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for front-end development, technical SEO implementation, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improving Website Speed: Optimize images, minify code, and implement caching to enhance user experience.
  • CDN Management: Implement and manage Content Delivery Networks to ensure efficient data delivery.
  • Responsive Design: Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility to cater to diverse audiences.
  • SEO Implementation: Develop and update templates with SEO in mind, including structured data for services, locations, blogs, FAQs, and reviews.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Custom Page Development: Build and customize pages in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer etc.
  • Interactive Elements: Integrate Google Maps embeds, Google Reviews, local store locators, and other interactive elements.
  • Plugin Management: Manage third-party plugins/widgets such as review aggregators.
  • Analytics Setup: Set up Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console tracking.
  • Troubleshooting: Support with site audits and technical fixes from various SEO tools.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in front-end development (WordPress / Webflow / Framer experience is essential).
  • Proven experience with technical SEO implementation and structured data.
  • Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, site performance, and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of analytics setup and website migrations.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Surfer SEO insights for technical fixes.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools and CRO strategies.
