Key Skills: Application Development, System Integration, Database Administration, IBMi/AS400, SQL, DB2

  • The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and implementing software solutions for business applications.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as RPG/RPGLE/SQLRPGLE and database management systems like DB2/SQL is essential.
  • Prior experience in the Insurance domain is a plus.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of system integration and ability to write efficient code are also necessary. The developer will work on improving the existing system and implementing new features. They must be able to analyze complex problems, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is expected.
