Job Title: Digital Operations Associate

Job Summary:

Expedite Hire is seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Associate to join our team. As a Digital Operations Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring system and error monitoring, investigating and resolving issues, maintaining customer EDI files, onboarding new customers, testing new features, and performing audit tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system and error monitoring to ensure timely processing of files critical to the e.l.f business.
  • Investigate and resolve data issues reported by internal teams and customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer EDI files and coordinate updates with customers and EDI vendors.
  • Onboard new retail customers by working with Technology Managers, customers, and EDI vendors.
  • Test new features and enhancements as part of the change control process.
  • Work with Technology Product Managers on monthly transaction reconciliation and reporting.
  • Perform audit tasks and work with Technology Product Managers to complete tasks required for audit.
  • Process user access requests and complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting multiple applications within a diverse technology stack.
  • Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage a large and diverse number of tasks and issues with a high degree of accountability and professionalism.
  • Ability to perform work independently in a remote environment and demonstrate solid organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms, order management systems, and data analysis tools.
