This role champions creativity and collaboration—crafting impactful stories through compelling visual design and multimedia messaging. As the anchor of our internal communications team, you will drive employee engagement and alignment with our purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft meaningful campaigns from start to finish, measuring their impact and effectiveness.
  • Translate ideas into visually appealing content using Canva and design tools like Corel Draw or Illustrator.
  • Become the voice of our organization in your location, supporting local leadership with strategic communications touchpoints and events.
  • Collaborate across teams to create unified and effective messaging.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling.
  • Hands-on skills with Canva, Corel Draw (or Illustrator) are essential. Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
  • Experience with editing software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva Video.
  • A solid understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual consistency.
  • An education in communications, visual comms, or a related field.
  • Curiosity about creative AI tools like Midjourney or DALL·E is a bonus.
