Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Amazon Redshift clusters to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Design and implement data models and schemas to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing strategies, and resource allocation.
- Implement and maintain robust backup and recovery strategies.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Analyze database data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Data Integration & ETL
- Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement ETL processes and data integration solutions.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all data sources.
- Utilize AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda) for data processing and integration.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator, with significant experience in Amazon Redshift.

- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration tools.
- Experience with data modeling and database design best practices.
- Proficiency in using data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
