Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a robust integrated health, safety, and environment management system in accordance with ISO-45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Develop and implement procedure manuals, internal audits, and training programs to ensure compliance with the aforementioned standards.
  • Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments for critical activities, ensuring method statements incorporate findings.
  • Prepare EHS plans, environment management plans, and emergency preparedness plans.
  • Coordinate external EHS audits and third-party inspections of equipment.
  • Implement work permit systems and facilitate occupational health and welfare measures.
  • Stop work if unsafe practices are witnessed and promote a commitment to action attitude.
  • Provide regular EHS reports to project heads and IC heads.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in integrated health, safety, and environment management systems.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO-45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001).
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to analyze and mitigate risks.
  • Audit and inspection skills.
  • Leadership and coordination skills.
