Senior Performance Management Specialist

As a seasoned professional in Human Resources, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhance employee performance and development within our organization.

The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS) to design, implement, and evaluate programs that align with business objectives. Your role will encompass:

  • Performance Management System (PMS) - Develop and refine PMS frameworks to ensure seamless integration with company goals.
  • Competency Development - Design and maintain competency frameworks to drive workforce capabilities in line with business needs.
  • Training and Induction - Plan and execute training programs, conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and develop learning interventions to bridge skill gaps.
  • HR Analytics - Utilize HR analytics tools to measure performance, training effectiveness, and employee productivity, generating insights for data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with department heads to conduct performance reviews, feedback sessions, and appraisals.
  • Designing and implementing succession planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Facilitating employee recognition programs based on performance outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in PMS, Competency Development, Training, Induction, and HR Analytics.
  • Experience in manufacturing/electronics/IT industry (if relevant).
