UI/UX Designer Position Overview

This role is designed for a skilled UI/UX designer who can conceptualize, design, and deliver visually compelling designs and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a balance of creativity, user-centered thinking, and technical design expertise. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals and ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging graphic designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral that drive results.
  • Design websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
  • Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions and drive business growth.
  • Apply best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoffs and efficient implementation of designs.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs to strengthen brand identity.
  • Ensure design consistency across marketing campaigns, websites, and applications.
  • Innovate with fresh ideas to stay ahead of the competition and drive business success.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align design with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Stay updated on the latest design tools, UI/UX trends, and digital design best practices to remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or graphics designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for effective design-to-development handoff.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on international brands or global campaigns.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animations, or video editing.
