Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Looker developer to enhance our data analytics capabilities.

This role is ideal for a junior professional or an intern looking to gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex LookML models and creating powerful Looker dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust LookML models to create a single source of truth for client data.
  • Create and maintain interactive Looker dashboards and reports that meet client requirements and business objectives.
  • Connect to various data sources (e.g., BigQuery, Azure SQL, APIs) and define relationships and data transformations within LookML.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize LookML code and Looker queries for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all Looker deliverables.
  • Assist in sales analytics, lead tracking, or project reporting as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 0.5–3 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying solutions with Looker and LookML.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery, Azure SQL, or other relational databases).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling principles and experience with various data sources.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to self-manage tasks effectively.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Bonus: Experience with other Business Intelligence tools or Python for data manipulation.
