Lead Salesforce Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead the long-term vision and optimization of our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives and driving impactful ROI across multiple units.

In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns Salesforce capabilities with business goals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, working closely with technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions. Your expertise in assessing business needs and prioritizing platform investments will be crucial in delivering technology that accelerates performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7–12 years of experience in enterprise product leadership—ideally in an IT services or consulting firm
  • Proven experience owning post-implementation product roadmaps and managing enterprise technology investments to high-impact outcomes
  • Deep functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related CRM tools
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn) and sales enablement ecosystems is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives and deliver scalable, ROI-driven solutions
