**Sex Therapist Role Overview:**

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your therapeutic expertise with sales skills and help individuals overcome challenges related to their sexual and psychological health.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial discovery calls, establishing rapport, and guiding clients towards the support they need. This role requires a strong understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues, as well as excellent communication skills to pitch and close sales in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Discovery Calls & Client Engagement (80% Sales-Focused):
  2. Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients who are seeking help for psychological and sexual health issues.
  3. Establish rapport and build trust during calls, guiding clients to understand the support they need.
  4. Pitch appropriate treatment packages and treatment plans, demonstrating how they align with the client's goals.
  5. Effectively communicate the benefits and outcomes of various treatment plans, addressing any concerns or questions.
  6. Closely engage with clients and onboard them into the treatment process.
Therapeutic Support (20% Therapy-Focused):
  1. Offer brief therapeutic support and guidance during the initial call, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.
  2. Offer insights and recommendations based on the client's needs, while always upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
  3. Provide referrals or resources for clients who are not immediately ready to proceed with treatment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field.
  • Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field (depending on location requirements).
  • Prior experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and address client needs empathetically.
  • An excellent understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.
  • The ability to pitch and close sales in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
