About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Implement and Manage Infrastructure: Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation or Pulumi to ensure automation and scalability across development, staging and production environments.
  • Develop and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Automate testing, building and deployment of applications using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI or Azure DevOps.
  • Streamline Software Delivery Processes: Ensure faster and more reliable deployments by streamlining software delivery processes.
  • Manage Cloud-Based Infrastructure: Optimize cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to ensure high availability, cost efficiency and security for applications.
  • Implement Autoscaling, Load Balancing and Monitoring: Use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack or Datadog to implement autoscaling, load balancing and monitoring for cloud services.
  • Automate Server Configuration and Deployment: Utilize tools like Chef, Puppet or Ansible to automate server configuration, deployment and management processes.
  • Lead Containerization Efforts: Leverage containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to build and maintain containerized microservices architecture.
  • Implement Monitoring, Logging and Alerting Systems: Use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack or Datadog to implement monitoring, logging and alerting systems.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams: Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers and system administrators to address system issues or bottlenecks that affect application performance or deployment.
  • Enforce Security Best Practices: Enforce best practices for security, including access control, sensitive data security, patch management and compliance with relevant security standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing, implementing and managing infrastructure using IaC tools.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using various tools.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and ability to optimize it for high availability, cost efficiency and security.
  • Ability to implement autoscaling, load balancing and monitoring for cloud services.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of monitoring, logging and alerting systems.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices.
