Job Title: Show Content Strategist

At Mirchi, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Show Content Strategist to conceptualize, plan and execute engaging shows. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing content in conjunction with the RJ and PH/CPH, ideating for various segments of the show, guiding and mentoring RJs on content creation, coordinating with celebrities/guests/callers, creating and using sound bytes, interviews, and packaging elements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement show themes and ensure freshness of content
  2. Monitor competition on a regular basis
  3. Contribute to creating the events plan for the month and quarter
  4. Develop and contribute to ideas for clients based on sales brief
  5. Edit and package sound bytes of Radio Jockeys and callers
  6. Create program promos – coordinate with the copy writer and promo producer to create jingles/promos/bumpers for the show

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have experience in show production, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively. A strong understanding of current events and happenings is essential. You should also be proficient in editing and packaging sound bytes.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (depending on location)
