About Us:
We're a forward-thinking organization that's always looking for talented individuals to join our team as a Culture and Talent Acquisition Specialist.
This role requires someone who is passionate about building and growing high-performing teams, and who can take ownership of the entire hiring process from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations, and will possess a strong ownership mindset, proven multitasking ability, clear communication skills, and high emotional intelligence.
- Culture and Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and interview top talent
- Collaborate with team leads to hire quality candidates across various roles
- Manage the hiring process through KEKA and LinkedIn
- Team Engagement and Onboarding:
- Plan and drive team engagement activities, onboarding experiences
- Handle people issues proactively: misfits, conflicts, disengagement
- Align new hires with company values and performance expectations
- Multitasking Across People Ops:
- If there's hiring, manage it.
- If people issues arise, solve them.
- If team health drops, take action.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring & Talent Acquisition:
- Sourcing, screening, interviews, closure
