
Statistical Programming Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee the Statistical Programming department, responsible for managing and supervising programming personnel. This role requires a strong background in statistical programming, people management, and client relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional Statistical Programming departments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects, within budget and according to contractual requirements.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maximize efficiency and consistency across the department.
- Collaborate with Biostatistics personnel to establish standardized operating procedures and promote efficient operations.
- Mentor managers and programming personnel to enhance their skills and competencies.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in statistical programming, with expertise in ADAM, TFL's & SDTM.
- 2-3 years of people management experience, managing 30-40 FTEs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated managerial leadership ability.

Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Extensive experience in SAS programming in a clinical trial setting.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and driving project outcomes.
