Are you a skilled security expert looking for a challenging role? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as an AI Red Team Operator.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the planning, design and implementation of assessments and plans
  • Perform full scope adversarial simulation/red team assessments against AI systems
  • Work with the Blue Team in order to develop new and improved ways to defend the organization
  • Prepare reports containing attack paths, findings/vulnerability information, and mitigation options and recommendations
  • Presentation of findings to various stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Provide support during ongoing assessments by writing tools and setting up infrastructure
  • Creating automation for specific tasks and operations
  • Research, investigation and evaluation of emerging technologies, industry trends and best practices, and vendor solutions

Requirements:

  • Relevant information security certification(s)
  • 7+ years of experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on work experience conducting offensive security operations
  • Experience with scripting and coding
  • Global (international) environment experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adversarial mindset and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in AI/ML algorithms and architecture
  • Experience with scripting, editing existing code, and general programming concepts using one or more languages
  • Implementing cyber adversarial TTPs
  • Blue team tools and methods knowledge
  • Ai security testing standards or frameworks knowledge
