Your Role:

  • Lead planning and execution of audits, reviews, or compilations for real estate, technology, and financial services clients, delivering exceptional client service.
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, including staffing, risk assessment, financial reporting, and conclusion.
  • Supervise engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors, promoting open communication with the engagement partner.
  • Collaborate with engagement partners on client issue resolution and recommendations for legal, regulatory, and accounting matters.
  • Manage multiple engagements concurrently, meeting client deadlines efficiently.
  • Create and track engagement budgets to identify inefficiencies.
  • Conduct constructive discussions with team members on evaluations and provide counsel accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Master's; CPA preferred.
  • At least 7+ years of public accounting experience, leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
  • Experience auditing real estate, technology, and financial services clients preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including familiarity with US GAAP.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client/internal relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects.
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
