Job Title: Personal Growth Consultant

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that involves guiding individuals in achieving their personal, academic, or professional objectives. The role requires designing and delivering engaging presentations and training sessions to help clients develop self-awareness, set realistic goals, and create personalized plans for success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized guidance and support to help clients identify and pursue their aspirations.
  • Design and create impactful workshop materials for group and one-on-one sessions that promote client engagement and motivation.
  • Facilitate presentations and workshops with excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills to inspire confidence and drive results.
  • Apply evidence-based coaching methodologies tailored to each client's unique needs and challenges.
  • Monitor client progress, regularly review and update plans as required, and maintain confidentiality throughout the coaching process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for effective speaking and presentations that engage and motivate clients.
  • Strong active listening, empathy, and motivational abilities to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a positive mindset; professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; a degree in Psychology is highly valued for deeper insights into human behavior and motivation.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for content creation and session planning that meets high standards of quality.
  • Comfortable leading groups, speaking publicly, and adapting content for diverse audiences with varying learning styles and preferences.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Full-time).
