Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our real estate projects. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with taxation laws.

You will work closely with our management team to ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation.

Additionally, you will assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for projects. You will also provide support to management with MIS reports and other financial data as required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience with accounting software, particularly Tally ERP;
  • A solid understanding of GST, TDS, and other applicable financial regulations in the real estate industry;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word);
  • Commerce graduate (B.Com, BBA – Finance/Accounts) from a recognized university;
