Role Overview

This is a full-time remote position for an Oracle Fusion Financials Lead. In this role, you will drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules, working directly with clients to gather business requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA.
  • Work directly with clients to gather business requirements and lead solutioning sessions.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on client needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation as a functional resource.
  • 4+ years of experience implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), and Fixed Assets (FA).
  • Demonstrated experience defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, and designing processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
