Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Integration Specialist to lead the integration of automation devices into customers' production lines. As a key member of our team, you will develop guidelines and examples for PLCs, SCADA systems, and fieldbus communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement integration solutions for automation devices.
  • Create technical documentation and training materials for PLCs, SCADA systems, and fieldbus communication protocols.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support to customers and internal teams.
  • Mentor and train service engineers in industrial automation and communication systems.
  • Collaborate with international experts to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Promote effective communication among cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in industrial communication systems and PLC/SCADA integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff PLCs and SCADA tools (Codesys, WinCC, Wonderware, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach, customer-centric mindset, and ability to work independently or as part of a distributed team.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and additional languages is an asset.
