Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing supply chain improvements that drive business growth, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Optimize supply chain processes: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of supply chain strategies
  • Drive cost savings: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability through supply chain optimization
  • Improve customer satisfaction: Implement changes to meet or exceed customer expectations for delivery times, product quality, and service levels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree: in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience: in supply chain management, operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills: proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Business acumen: understanding of business drivers, market trends, and customer needs
