About this Role

As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing the frontend framework of our SaaS platform. Your primary responsibility will be to create high-performance, maintainable, and responsive components that provide an exceptional user experience across devices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Frontend Solutions: Develop efficient, scalable, and maintainable components that ensure seamless user interactions across various devices.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize performance to guarantee the platform's responsiveness under high traffic conditions.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, modular, and reusable code adhering to industry best practices in frontend development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that delight users.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends, and bring innovative ideas to the team to continuously improve the product and development processes.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks in the platform.
  • Code Reviews and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise to elevate the technical bar within the team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Proven track record of building high-performance, scalable web applications.
  • Experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries.
  • Strong understanding of browser performance optimizations and best practices.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
  • Proficiency in version control (GIT) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or similar for writing and maintaining unit tests.
  • Strong sense of UI/UX design, with an eye for creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
