- Conduct in-depth market surveys to understand consumer needs and trends
- Develop new print designs seasonally, exploring patterns, colours and techniques
- Plan unique placements, motifs and layouts for textile prints and materials
- Research and develop ideas from various sources, including scanning, redrawing and changing colour ways
- Provide design/concept boards to communicate seasonal direction

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in design/apparel merchandising
- Diploma in graphic Designing
- NIFT (Diploma in Textile Design)
- 8-10 years of experience in textile/garment/retail/export houses
