Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the execution of product lifecycle processes for Insurtech products and platforms.

This role will involve working with cross-functional teams to ensure the fulfillment of product requirements, evaluating product performance, and transitioning products from development to commercialization.

  • Contribute to technical discussions with Engineering teams and manage technical/business requirements.
  • Determine product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases, and regular corrective service or service pack releases.
  • Mentor/Drive a team of Product Managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization and leads research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.
  • Evaluate technology and architectural roadmap of engineering to align with and support the product/business road map.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead product development initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve product offerings.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in Product Management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.
  • Bachelor's/Master's or equivalent Degree in technology or related field.
  • Strong Background of working as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis etc.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC & technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems.
  • Coaching & mentoring a team of Product Managers or Product Owners.
Preferred Skills:
  • API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis, SDLC, Technology System Interfaces, Data Integration, Networks, Operating Systems, Coaching, Mentoring, Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, Communication, Scrum/Kanban Delivery Methodologies, Relevant Tools.

Experience in Life & Annuity Industry is preferred but not mandatory.
