Key Performance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated performance engineer with 5+ years of experience. If you're passionate about coding, problem-solving, and innovation, we'd love to hear from you.

Our company is a mid-sized product engineering firm that works with top-tier product/solutions companies. We cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack, and various other GenAI areas.

Job Overview:

  • Design, develop, and execute performance test plans using Apache JMeter.
  • Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Perform testing and monitoring of applications running in Kubernetes clusters.
  • Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

As a key performance engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing performance test plans using industry-leading tools like JMeter.
  • Analyzing performance test results to identify areas for improvement and collaborating with development teams to implement fixes.
  • Monitoring applications running in Kubernetes clusters and implementing monitoring tools to track system health and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
  • Proficient in scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficient in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics).
