">Associate Quality Assurance Lead

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Quality Assurance Lead to join our team.

  • Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for data validation and quality assurance
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation between source and target systems
  • Validate data completeness, transformations, and client onboarding workflows
  • Support data governance, auditing, and compliance requirements

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in ETL/DWH testing, with at least 2+ years working on Snowflake. Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, Data Migrations, and ETL workflows is required. Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend are also necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, Data Migrations, and ETL workflows
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend
  • At least 6+ years of experience in ETL/DWH testing
  • At least 2+ years of experience working on Snowflake

A strong understanding of business requirements, technical design documents, and test plans is also necessary.
