Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex data-driven campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and apply this knowledge to improve campaign performance
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives
• Ensure all campaigns meet quality standards and are delivered on time
• Work closely with our design and development teams to integrate innovative visual elements and user experiences into our campaigns
• Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-profile campaigns with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
• Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and the ability to analyze campaign data to inform future strategy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present campaign results to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
